First Visit
We are always excited about meeting new patients and want your initial consultation to be an informative yet enjoyable experience. Our team is committed to providing the highest quality of care using the best technologies and products on the market.
At your first appointment your treatment coordinator will take a complimentary x-ray that will better assist Dr. Maxfield in his diagnosis. He will then complete a thorough exam and make notes of all his findings, that way he can create a customized treatment plan that will fit your needs. This will include treatment type, length, and associated costs. Your treatment coordinator will go further into detail during the appointment, and answer any other questions that may arise. We ask that all financial decision makers for the household are present at this appointment.

As a courtesy to our patients, we provide a complimentary benefit check to review what your insurance coverage will be. Coverage for orthodontic treatment varies for each carrier and plan, and our team full of experts will ensure you are able to maximize your benefits.

We proudly offer IN-HOUSE, INTEREST-FREE financing for all of our patients. Your treatment coordinator will work with you to find a payment plan that fits your needs.
